Registration Process for uploading the answer script in the portal   

( পোর্টাল এ পিডিএফ উত্তরপত্র ও এডমিট কার্ড আপলোডের জন্য নিবন্ধন বা রেজিস্ট্রেশন প্রক্রিয়া )

The students have to go to the college website www.maharajasrischandracollege.in and click the “online examination” for registration. The students who had already registered themselves in the previous odd semester examinations (Sem I, III or V) need not to register again. They should use the same password for uploading the PDF answer script in the portal. However if he/she forgets the password, they should go to the “recover password” option and get it.

পোর্টালে পিডিএফ উত্তরপত্র আপলোডের জন্য রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে গেলে প্রথমে কলেজ ওয়েবসাইট www.maharajasrischandracollege.in এ গিয়ে “online examination” এ ক্লিক করতে হবে। যারা পূর্বের অড সেমিস্টার পরীক্ষায় ( সেম 1, 3, অথবা 5) একবার রেজিস্ট্রেশন করেছ তাদের নতুন রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার প্রয়োজন নেই। তারা পুরোনো পাশ ওয়ার্ড দিয়েই উত্তরপত্র আপলোড করতে পারবে। যদি কেউ পাস ওয়ার্ড ভুলে যায় তবে ওখানেই “recover password” অপশন এ গিয়ে সে তার পাস ওয়ার্ড উদ্ধার করতে পারবে।

Question Paper(প্রশ্নপত্র)

The Questions for each paper / module of different subjects would be available in the College Website 15 minutes before the commencement of the said examination on specified dates. The questions will also be availbale in www.cuug.in,www.cuug20.in, and www.culibrary.ac.in

প্রতি পরীক্ষার প্রশ্নপত্র কলেজের ওয়েবসাইটে নির্দিষ্ট দিনে পরীক্ষা শুরুর 15 মিনিট আগে পাওয়া যাবে।এছাড়াও নিম্নলিখিত ওয়েবসাইটেও প্রশ্নপত্র  যথাসময়ে পাওয়া যাবে। www.cuug.in,www.cuug20.in, and www.culibrary.ac.in

Top sheet or Front page

 (উত্তর পত্রের প্রথম পাতা বা টপ-শীট )

The students should write the following items clearly in the first/front page in the following order  (প্রথম পাতায় স্পষ্ট করে নিম্নের বিষয়গুলি ক্রমানুসারে লিখতে হবে।)

(a)             Name of the examination, (পরীক্ষার নাম)

(b)             University Registration No., ( বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর)

(c)              University Roll No. (বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের রোল নম্বর)

(d)             Subject (বিষয়)

(e)              Paper (পেপার)

(f)               Module/Group/Unit

(If required )গ্রুপ/ইউনিট (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)

(g)              Total number of sheets used (কতগুলি পৃষ্ঠা ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে)

(h)             Date of Examination (পরীক্ষার তারিখ))

(i)                Phone Number ( ফোন নম্বর)

How to create a  PDF file of the answer script?

(উত্তরপত্রের  পিডিএফ ফাইল কিভাবে তৈরী করতে হবে?)

On completion of the examination students have to scan each page, preferably of A4 size, one by one using these, and create a single PDF file for the answer script as along with the front page. For MCQ based question papers the students can only write the question number and beside that the correct options for the question in proper order in A4 sized paper. [ For eg. 1 (b), 2(c) 3(d) and so on]

Save the file as  Roll No + Subject Name

For Example:

202212-12-0003 EDCG

(Where the roll no of the student is

202212-12-0001 and the subject name is EDCG )

OR

181212210078 FA1(H)

(Where the roll no of the student is

181212-21-0078 and the subject name is FA1 )

পরীক্ষা শেষ হবারপর ছাত্রছাত্রীদের টপ শীট সহ উত্তরপত্রের প্রতি পাতা (A4 সাইজ) একে একে স্ক্যান করে একটি পিডিএফ ফাইল তৈরি করতে হবে। MCQ নির্ভর  প্রশ্নপত্রের  উত্তর A4 সাইজের পাতায় ক্রমানুসারে নির্দিষ্ট প্রশ্নের নম্বর দিয়ে তার পাশে সঠিক অপশন টি লিখতে হবে।[যেমন 1(b), 2(c), 3(d) এইভাবে লিখে যেতে হবে। ] । তারপর এই ফাইলটিকে রোল নম্বর  + বিষয়ের নাম দিয়ে সেভ করতে হবে। যেমন,

202212-12-0003 EDCG

(যেখানে ছাত্র বা ছাত্রীর রোল নম্বর

202212-12-0001এবং বিষয়ের নাম EDCG )

বা

181212210078 FA1(H)

(যেখানে ছাত্র বা ছাত্রীর রোল নম্বর

181212-21-0078এবং বিষয়ের নাম FA1

How to save the  PDF file? (পিডিএফ ফাইলটি কিভাবে  সেভ করা হবে ?)

Please write your Roll No Along With Subject Name as the name of the PDF file.  For example 181212-21-0078 FA(1)  OR 202212-12-0003 EDCG

(পিডিএফ ফাইলটির নাম হিসেবে রোল নম্বর ও বিষয়ের নাম পরপর লিখে সেভ করতে হবে। যেমন,181212-21-0078 FA(1)  OR 202212-12-0003 EDCG)

How to mail the PDF file/upload the file?(পিডিএফ ফাইলটি কিভাবে আপলোড এবং মেল করা হবে?)

The students have to upload the PDF version of the answer script (file size maximum 20MB) along with the front page and the admit card to the portal ( For this click the “ Online Examination” in College website and go to “Upload PDF Answer Script” option). They also have to send the scripts to the respective e-mail ids (given in the Exam routine under “Online Examination” in the website). In the subject of e-mail sent to the college you have to write Roll No Along With Subject Name again. For example,181212-21-0078 FA(1)  OR 202212-12-0003 EDCG। The script should be uploaded and the mail should be sent to the proper address within 30 minutes after the completion of the examination .

ছাত্রছাত্রীরা টপশীট এবং এডমিট কার্ড সহ উত্তরপত্রর পিডিএফ (file size maximum 20MB) কলেজ ওয়েবসাইটের নির্দিষ্ট পোর্টালে আপলোড করবে (এ জন্য ওয়েবসাইটে গিয়ে “ Online Examination” ক্লিক করে “Upload PDF Answer Script”অপশন ব্যবহার করতে হবে। একইসঙ্গে ছাত্রছাত্রীদের তাদের পিডিএফ উত্তরপত্র নির্দিষ্ট ই-মেল আইডি তেও পাঠাতে হবে। (এই মেল এড্রেস ওয়েবসাইটের “online examination “ ক্লিক করে “Exam রুটিন”এর মধ্যে পাওয়া যাবে)।   ঐ ই-মেলের সাবজেক্টে ছাত্রছাত্রীরা তাদের রোল ও বিষয় আবার লিখবে। যেমন, 181212-21-0078 FA(1)  OR 202212-12-0003 EDCG । পরীক্ষা শেষের 30 মিনিটের মধ্যে এই উত্তরপত্র পোর্টালে আপলোড করতে হবে এবং নির্দিষ্ট মেল এড্রেস এও পাঠিয়ে দিতে হবে।)
