Notification for Sealed Quotation for College Prospectus-2018 and College Staff Diary-2018

1. Tightly Sealed quotations from experienced Printers for printing College Prospectus-2018 and College Diary-2018 are invited.

2. The printing agency should have experience of 3 (three) years in the area of printing, the agency should have GST Registration.

3. Approximate no. of pages will be 24 pages + 4 cover pages or 28 pages +4 cover pages (including 60 colour photos) for college prospectus and 136 pages + 2 cover pages and jacket for College diary. The agency should quote separate price for College Prospectus and College Diary in the same quotation document.

4. 800 copies of College Prospectus and 50 copies of college staff diary will be published. Number of Copies may be increased as per demand.

5. Quotations must be submitted to accountant, in college office by 28.04.2018 at 6.00 p.m at the latest.

6. All the interested agencies are requested to contact college office to view the College Prospectus and College Staff Diary of 2017 as sample.
