Notice for Three/Four Year B.A, B.Sc. & B.Com. Semester III (under CCF, 2022) and B.A, B.Sc. & B.Com. Semester III (Under CBCS) C.U. Examination Form Fill up 2025

Students are asked to read the notice thoroughly

In adherence to the Calcutta University notification No. CE/R&F/25/17 dated 13.01.2026 the Three/Four Year B.A, B.Sc. & B.Com. Semester III (under CCF, 2022) and B.A, B.Sc. & B.Com. Semester III (Under CBCS) C.U. Examination 2025  Form fill up will begin on and from 21.01.2026.

Please note that the 3^rd Semester B.A. & B.Sc. (Hons. & Gen.) students are asked to fill in their ‘SEC’ & ‘DSE’ papers (which are applicable) very carefully.

Students are advised to check all the details very carefully before submission of the C.U. Examination form. If any problem arises while downloading the C.U. Examination Form, you may contact the college office on 27.01.2026 between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. positively.

Students who did not submit their library books are asked to submit the book by 20.01.2026. Otherwise he/she will not be allowed to fill in C.U. Examination form.

The process of Form fill up is mentioned below.

·   Search “cuexam.net/ cuexamwindow.in” from Google chrome browser

·   Select ‘Portal for College/ students – B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.’

·   Select “CCF/CBCS” option. (which is applicable)

·   Select ‘B.A. /B.Sc.’ or ‘B.Com.’ (which is applicable)

·   Select ‘Semester’ option

·   Select ‘Form submission’ option

* Put your Registration Number and First 3 letters of candidate’s name then continue

Payment must be done only after the submission of the C.U. Form through C.U. Portal.

How to Login for C.U. Form Fee payment:-

·       Go to College website

“maharajasrischandracollege.in”

·    ·   Click on “Student login”

·   Put your Student ID as USER ID (example 2023-0478) and password ‘Date of Birth’ (example 01012026) (If password is already changed, you may put your new password)

·   Choose “Pay Fees online” in “Fees Transaction” dropdown menu on the left side.

·   Select Semester and “Form fill up” option and then continue

·   Select ‘Payment Method’ option

(After completion of payment please wait until the challan is generated)

Do not pay multiple times

After completion of the online payment process you are asked to submit the C.U. Examination Form along with following documents to the College Office on the following specified dates:

Form verification and submission dates

B.Com. Semester III

B.A & B.Sc. Semester III

Documents to be produced while verifying and submitting the C.U. Examination form to the college office: -

1.     Two copies of Online Generated Application Form

2.     Money receipt of C.U. Exam. Form Fee

3.     College Acknowledgement Card
