Tender Notice for purchase of software (NAAC‑Compliant)                                               

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed software development firms for the Design, Development & Implementation of a NAAC‑Compliant Academic and Administrative Management System comprising CO‑PO Mapping, Learning Management, Feedback, Alumni, Internship Tracking, Student & Employee Profile, Criteria‑wise Document Link System, and Department Workings Modules. The system must support multiple NAAC criteria with SSR/DVV‑ready outputs and institutional ERP integration.

Firms with prior experience in higher education ERP/NAAC solutions may submit technical & financial bids in sealed cover to the undersigned within 7 days of this notice.

Firm must have experience in Serving  NAAC Grade A institutes  under Calcutta University,  must have office located in West Bengal,  must have experience in  serving minimum 5 NAAC A institutes acrediatetd within last 2 years.  Experience, Market reputation, product presentation shall be  taken into consideration for selection.
