Important notice for 3^rd and 6^th semester students regarding creation of Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID and mapping their ABC ID in the Calcutta University portal & the college website.

In continuation of earlier notice dated 21.03.2025 Students of Semester III B.A., B.Sc. & B.Com. (Under CCF, 2022) and Semester VI B.A., B.Sc. & B.Com. (Under CBCS) are advised to create their Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID positively.

After creation of ABC ID, students are asked to follow the steps given below for mapping their ABC ID on Calcutta University portal and College Portal:

1.  How to map ABC ID in Calcutta University Portal: -

·       Go to Calcutta University website

“cuexamwindow.in”

·   Click on “ABC ID Mapping”

(which can be seen blinking on the Home page)

·   Select “CCF” for Semester III B.A., B.Sc. & B.Com. (Under CCF, 2022) or select “CBCS” for Semester VI B.A., B.Sc. & B.Com. (Under CBCS)

·                    Put your Registration Number and the First 3 characters of the candidate’s name then click on “Continue” option

·       Put ABC ID in the appropriate box and upload the JPG file of ABC ID (file size less than 100 kb) then click on ‘submit’ option

2.  How to update ABC ID in the College Website: -

·       Go to College website

“maharajasrischandracollege.in”

·   Go to “Important Link” section

·   Click on “Student login”

·   Put your Student ID as USER ID and password (example 2023-0495 or 2023-0495) 

·   Choose “Update ABC ID” at left side.

·       Put ABC ID in the appropriate box then click on ‘update’ option

Students failing to create the ABC ID will not be allowed by the C.U. to fill up the C.U. Examination Form.

All the process must be completed by 10.04.2025. No additional date will be provided for uploading their ABC ID.
