C.U. REGISTRATION FORM FILL UP NOTICE

Read the notice very carefully

Students (of 1^st Semester B.A., B.Sc. & B.Com. for the session 2024-2025) who have uploaded their documents and completed their profile with ABC ID are advised to download the Registration Form from respective Admission portal (Registration form will be available on and from 01.11.2024) and take 2 (two) copies of print out on both side of A4 size paper and submit to the College Office on 5^th November, 2024 between 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. with the following documents.

No additional date will be provided for submission of C.U. Registration Form in the college.

For any correction or rectification, students are asked to inform the Office on the date of submission of C.U. Registration form.

** Students failing to fill up the C.U. Registration form will not be allowed by the C.U. to appear in the final examination. Naturally College authority will be compelled to cancel their admission if the C.U. Registration forms are not filled up in time.

Documents to be submitted: -

1)   2 (two) copies downloaded C.U. Registration Form

(Download process mentioned below)

2)   One copy recently downloaded Admission form (mentioning AEC, SEC & IDC subjects and ABC ID)

3)   Copy of Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID (mandatory)

4)   Original and Photocopy (self-attested) of H.S. Mark sheet

5)   Original and Photocopy (self-attested) of Admit Card

(Madhyamik or equivalent exam.)

6)   Original and Photocopy (self-attested) of Admit Card (10+2 exam.)

7)   Original and Photocopy (self-attested) of SC/ST/OBC/EWS/BPL certificate for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/BPL students, if any

8)   Original Migration Certificate for migrated students, if any

9)   Original and Photocopy of Aadhar Card

10)                  One copy recent passport size color photo

11) Black Ball Point Pen

How to download C.U. Registration form: - (WBCAP mode)

·      Open “CU Registration Semester-I Students” menu bar under the college website ‘www.maharajasrischandracollege.in’

·      Click on “Central Portal Admitted Students”

·      Click on “Applicant Login” menu

·      Put your mail ID. as ‘User ID’ (i.e. sapnadeepsom95@gmail.com) and Password is date of birth in ddmmyyyy format. (i.e. 20082005)

·     After selection AEC-2 subject, upload the documents, complete the profile with ABC ID, click on “C.U. Registration Form” option, check all the details very carefully. If all the information are found correct then click on “Print Form” option and take 2 (two) copies of print out on both side of A4 size paper through “Print” option.

How to download C.U. Registration form: - (Stand-alone mode)

·      Open “CU Registration Semester-I Students” menu bar under the college website ‘www.maharajasrischandracollege.in’

·      Click on “Standalone Portal Admitted Students”

·      Open “Existing Applicant Login”

·      Put your Application No. as ‘User ID’ and Password (own password)

·     After complete the profile with ABC ID, click on “C.U. Registration Form” option, check all the details very carefully. If all the information are found correct then click on “Print Form” option and take 2 (two) copies of print out on both side of A4 size paper through “Print” option.
