News : Notice of C.U. Examination form fill up of 4th Semester (under CBCS system) and Part I & II (Under 1+1+1 system)

Notice of C.U. Examination form fill up of 4th Semester (under CBCS system) and Part I & II (Under 1+1+1 system) Students are asked to read the notice thoroughly.

4th Semester B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. (under CBCS) and Part I & II B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. (Under 1+1+1 system) C.U. Examination 2024 Form fill up will begin on and from 03.07.2024 and will be continued till 09.07.2024.

Please note that the B.A. & B.Sc. (Hons. & Gen.) students are asked to fill in their ‘SEC’ & ‘DSE’ papers (which are applicable) very carefully.

Students are advised to check all the details carefully before submission of the C.U.   Examination   form.   If any problem arises while downloading the C.U. Examination Form, you may contact the college office by 06.07.2024 positively.

Students are asked to tally the Examination fee amount, which is available in the downloaded form with C.U. form fee amount of college students’ payment portal. For any difference or discrepancy, contact the college office before making payment.

 

How to Login for C.U. Form Fee (for Regular & Casual students) payment:-

·              Go through College website maharajasrischandracollege.in

·         Go to Important Link section

·         Click on Student login

·        Put your Student ID as USER ID (example 2022-0478) and password ‘Student ID’ (example 2021-0478) (If password has been already changed you should put your new password)

·        Choose Pay Fees online in “Fees Transaction” dropdown menu at left side.

·         Select Semester and Form fill up then continue

·         Select ‘Payment Method’

(After completion of payment please waits until the challan is generated, do not enter backspace or close the payment page and student portal).


Students who failed in any paper(s) of 4th Semester (under CBCS System) or Part I & II (under 1+1+1 system) Examination are asked to pay Casual Fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only), which is already included in payment portal along with Examination Fee (No separate payment required for casual students as it is already included on the payment   option)   and    download    &    print    the    Casual    Form from maharajasrischandracollege.in under “Whats new” section. Then fill in the downloaded form and submit it to the college office along with C.U. Examination application Form, Payment voucher & Mark sheet(s) on the date mentioned below.

Do not pay multiple times

After completion of the online payment process you are asked to submit the C.U. Examination Form along with following documents to the College Office between 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m on the following specified dates.

2.     Money receipt of C.U. Exam. Form Fee

3.     College Acknowledgement Card

4.     Casual form (only for Casual students)

5.     All previous Mark sheets (only for Casual students)
