C.U. REGISTRATION FORM FILL UP NOTICE

                                                             Date: 23.09.2022

Students (of 1st Semester B.A., B.Sc. & B.Com. for the session 2022-2023) are advised to download the Registration Form from Admission portal and take 2 (two) copies print out on both side of A4 size paper and submit to the College Office as per following schedule between 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with the following documents.

Documents to be submitted:-

1)   2 (two) copies downloaded C.U. Registration Form

(Download process mentioned below)

2)   Original and Photocopy (without attestation) of H.S. Mark sheet

3)   Original and Photocopy (without attestation) of Admit Card

(Madhyamik or equivalent exam.)

4)   Original and Photocopy (without attestation) of Admit Card

(10+2 exam.)

5)   Original and Photocopy (without attestation) of SC/ST/OBC/BPL

certificate for SC/ST/OBC/BPL students

6)   Original Migration Certificate for migrated students

7)   Original and Photocopy of Aadhar Card

8)   One copy recent passport size color photo

9)     Black Ball Point Pen

How to download C.U. Registration Form:-

·      Open “Online Admission 2022” menu bar under the college website ‘www.maharajasrischandracollege.in’

·      Open “Existing Applicant Login”

·      Put your Application No. as ‘User ID’ and own ‘Password’

·      Select “C.U. Registration Form” menu bar and take 2 (two) copies print out on both side of A4 size paper through “Print” option

** Students failing to fill up the C.U. Registration form will not be allowed by the C.U. to appear in the final examination. Naturally College authority will be compelled to cancel their admission if the C.U. Registration forms are not filled up in time.
